Qoobus (QBS) is expanding its operations and launching a new dispatch company in Moldova, providing top-tier logistics solutions to the U.S. market. As part of our growth, we are seeking an Accounting Specialist to manage financial operations and ensure compliance with U.S. accounting standards.

As an Accounting Specialist, You Will
Manage invoicing and billing for dispatch services
Process carrier payments and track receivables from brokers and shippers
Ensure compliance with U.S. financial regulations and tax requirements
Maintain accurate financial records and generate reports for management
Coordinate with factoring companies and financial institutions for payment processing
Assist in preparing tax filings and financial statements
Work closely with the dispatch team to streamline payment and invoicing workflows
Who You Are
Minimum 6 months of accounting experience in logistics on the U.S. market
Fluent in English (spoken and written – required for U.S. market operations)
Strong understanding of U.S. financial regulations, invoicing, and tax compliance
Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple financial transactions efficiently
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Work Schedule & Location
On-site (Chisinau office)
Monday to Friday, 15:00 - 00:00
