Who We Are:
Mint Express – a trusted trucking company since 2015 located in Frederick, Maryland and the operational team in Chisinau. We’re expanding into freight brokerage and need an experienced dispatcher to help us build something big!

Your Role:
- Find & onboard new customers
- Negotiate rates & secure carrier capacity
- Manage shipments & ensure on-time deliveries
- Build strong customer & carrier relationships
- Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 8 months – 2 years in freight brokerage or a similar role
- Skills: Strong negotiation, multitasking & communication abilities
- Mindset: Self-driven, goal-oriented, ready to take on a challenge
- Customer-Focused: Passion for delivering top-notch service
