The Moldova office plays a key role in data collection and organization for worldwide products. The company is seeking an outstanding General Manager to lead its Moldova team.

Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire the Moldova team to achieve productivity, quality, and delivery targets;
Act as the primary point of contact for the office, representing Moldova in global discussions;
Manage resources, budgets, and operations to optimise efficiency and performance;
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in processes and technology;
Advocate for Moldova’s contribution to company’s global success;
Ensure compliance with local regulations and mitigate operational risks.

Requirements:

Proven leadership experience managing operational teams with remote customers;
Strong ability to drive productivity and quality improvements through planning and resource management;
Excellent communication skills and a track record of building strong relationships across global team;
Strategic thinking with the ability to align local operations to global objectives;
Familiarity with the Moldovan business landscape and cultural context;
Fluency in English and either Russian or Romanian is essential.
