Job responsibilities:

Act as the key point of contact for drivers, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing tailored logistics solutions
Coordinate with drivers and other team members to ensure on-time delivery and high customer service
Monitor and optimize dispatch processes to ensure maximum efficiency and minimize downtime

Job requirements:

Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills;
Multi-tasking and dynamic person;
Previous experience in logistics is a plus (USA & Canada);
Availability to work Monday - Friday from 15:00 to 00:00 (Moldova time).
