Dispatch assistant usa market

Looking for a dispatch assistant to later work as dispatcher.
You will be working under the guidance of dispacther, helping when needed and with time transit to work the full cycle of dispatching.

Working hours 2 pm- 10 pm. You'll be working form home. Communication with supervisor is remote.

Experience with reefer dispatching preferred but not mandatory.

Fluent English language is a must.
Stress resistent and fast thinker.

starting salary 400$.
with possibility of growth over time

job will require on site meetings for training, which might last from a week to a month depending on your ability.

as soon as the dispatcher starts to lead trucks indepednetly , the salary will get to percentage based, doubling or tripling from initial offer

this is a stressful job and requires lots of responsibility, but also gets rewarded good
