Senior UI/UX Product Designer – Web and Mobile

Our client is a well-established digital company and startup accelerator, developing and scaling high-traffic SaaS products with millions of users worldwide.

We’re looking for a results-driven UX/UI Designer to craft high-converting digital experiences for web and mobile products. You’ll collaborate closely with experienced Product Managers to shape product strategy and deliver designs that drive measurable business results. Your role will be crucial in improving conversion rates and overall product performance.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead the design process – from concept to final handoff to engineering.
- Collaborate cross-functionally – work closely with Product Managers, CRO specialists, Marketing, and Developers.
- Design user-centric interfaces – focus on conversion-driven UX/UI for web and mobile applications.
- Create high-fidelity designs & prototypes – using Figma, ensuring interactive, functional designs.
- Optimize and maintain the design system – ensuring consistency across all products.
- Ensure smooth handoff to developers – collaborate for pixel-perfect implementation.

What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience.
- English – Upper-Intermediate
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality work and attention to detail.
- Figma Expert – confident with design systems, components, variables, auto-layout.
- Prototyping skills – delivering interactive prototypes, not just mockups.
- Conversion-focused design mindset – experience with high-performance funnels & landing pages.
- Understanding of user behavior & psychology.
- Mobile-first & responsive design experience.
- Basic knowledge of front-end principles (coding not required, but understanding implementation is key).
- Strong communication skills – for smooth collaboration in fast-paced product teams.

Bonus Points:
- Experience in B2C or SaaS product design.
- Background in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Illustration & 3D design skills.
- Motion design & animation for web experience.
